With all my preparations for my fashion show that I will be producing I haven’t really found the time to write. Well, darlings it is your lucky day…
I have always been bothered by how people can assume things. From what the weather will be like, to passing an exam, you should never assume. Especially when you are in charge, assuming that something will get done is your one way ticket to failure. I for one, never assume that things will get done, I ensure it. If you are not willing to put in the work or the time I can assure you that you will not make it very far. That is a promise.
It is so simple for the people who are receiving the tasks to accomplish them and accomplish them well. It baffles me how some cannot even write their own name on a paper properly. Anna is not here to baby you darling, she is here to make your life a living hell. If you do choose to do the work, Anna will be happy, and when Anna is happy, you will be happy.
I am sure that anyone who has ever been team leader for a project can relate. However, being a leader of a group of people does not imply that your decisions and ideas will be the rule of land. This is not a fairy-tale and you can turn large amounts of people against you if you do not keep your ears and nose to the ground. Listen, learn, and share. Without those three key characteristics you will never be as good as Anna.
Now, I may be harsh with some of you, but I am harsh for a reason and nice for another. It is up to you to find out what those reasons are. When you do, you will go very far.
Something to follow:
Anna’s Rules and Recommendations:

- Write everything down
- You have an idea? Great, make sure it is understandable and speak up.
- Do not ever act like you are in charge if you are not
- Be a team player
- Schedule and time everything
- Plan B
- If I ask you to get my coffee I expect it to be done quickly and right
- You need to cry? Go outside.
